Jury ruling

The jury for the Rey Jaime I Entrepreneur Prize, meeting in Valencia, has unanimously decided to award the 2010 prize to Mr Emilio Mateu Sentamans.

This is in recognition of his significant contribution to the machine tool sector in the field of waterjet cutting technologies, an area in which he has been conducting research since his university days. His company, Tecnología de Corte e Ingeniería, has expanded significantly internationally across Europe, Asia and South America and competes with major North American and European multinationals in this challenging and complex sector.
