Jury ruling

The jury for the Rey Jaime I New Technologies Prize, meeting in Altea (Alicante), has unanimously decided to award the 2000 prize to Mr Avelino Corma Canos.

For his contribution to the development of innovative catalytic technologies aimed at achieving more efficient and less polluting chemical processes, with significant industrial applications worldwide.
